Au Courant Crafts

In an effort to actually CREATE instead of
simply reading and being inspired,
Thursday's posts are all about my latest crafting efforts.

It's been a while since I've had an Au Courant Crafts day, so this will mostly be a pictorial post. These are the projects I've completed over the last several weeks...

Girls Ruffle Dress with Matching American Girl (18") Doll Dress
Donated to LittleGirl's School Silent Auction Fundraiser

Mug Rugs
LittleGirl's Class Basket Contribution for Silent Auction

Money Cuff for LittleGirl's Field Trip
to hold "Gift Shop Cash"
Fabulous Tutorial from Lemon Squeezy Home
Dotty Money Cuff Birthday Present for a Little Friend

Flowery Fun Headband for my niece
Airplane Money Cuff for my nephew

Stripey Pillows for JuJu's Screened Porch
There are 3 of these, though I only snapped a pic of one.

Mug Rug for our SCVCS Teacher
We love Mrs. B!

And finally...LittleGirl has been crafting and wanted to show you her project. Her class is reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory  and completing several projects to go along with the book. Her project was to recreate Willy Wonka's Chocolate Room. Didn't she do a great job? I'm a firm believer in allowing kids to complete these projects on their own. As I tell my children, "I've got my diploma. You'll have to earn yours too."

What have you been crafting?

Happy Thursday!
