All you need is a bit of fleece...1/3 yard...12 inches...31 centimeters...and the width of fabric to create one of these hats. It would be cute with a contrasting band. Whether or not you add the personalization, this Flower Top Hat will keep your head warm! Let me know if you give it a try!
