A to Z Challenge { K }

We interrupt the regularly scheduled blog posts
 for April's A to Z Challenge!
I'm testing my writing skills with fiction.
These may consist of an opening paragraph, or might even end up as an entire short-story.
I have no idea where my fingers and keyboard will take me
as I'm inspired with each day's corresponding letter.
Take the journey with me!
I look forward to your feedback.
Today's letter:  K

Kylie often wondered when the mission kiddies heard the kerygma she made known to them, if they felt as she did at first, kakorrhaphiophobic. Oh, how she kecked as she knubbled herself while the kalology of her life kenspeckled like a kermes kercheif. As she chose kamerad, she discovered kalon and Life everlasting.

Special thanks to Noah Webster and his Unabridged Dictionary for the 'K' words

kerygma...preaching of the Christian Gospel
kakorrhaphiophobic...person who fears failure
kecked...retched or to felt disgust beat with fists of beauty
kenspeckle...easily recognizable or distinguishable
kermes...brilliant red color surrender that is more than skin deep

Do you remember how your heart felt
the first time you responded to the Gospel?

Happy Wednesday!
