Thank Goodness for PaintShopPro!

Trying to capture the 'perfect' photo for Christmas posterity is excruciatingly impossible when you have kids. One is in the 'do not take my picture' phase. One is a total ham, and one is a complete 'poser.'  Thank goodness for PaintShop Pro! Without it, I wouldn't have this...

I'd have this...

Or this...

Or this...

Our Christmas was quiet and lovely. The day was filled with lots of laughter and love, and SNOW! Our first White Christmas in South Carolina since 1963! The kids made angels and snowmen, while tossing the fluffy white stuff on each other. Alas, we were unable to travel yesterday morning. Hopefully, we'll see the rest of our family later this week. Thankfully, I had taken most of their presents to them last weekend when celebrating JuJu's birthday. Sorry to those that must wait a few days longer.

The roads cleared by late afternoon, so Mom and Dad travelled back and stopped by last evening. Everyone seemed to love their Thrifty Christmas gifts. I know I loved mine! :o) By far, the favorite Thrifty Gifty was our newest addition...
Bubbles the Betta Fish. Son#2 has been wanting one for the longest time. Jfer just happened to have one that her kids were no longer interested in keeping, so she Thrifty-gifted Bubbles to Son#2. Oh, you should've seen his face when he opened that package! LOL

As I look toward the new year, I'm making some exciting plans. I'll be sharing them with you, my sweet  bloggy friends, as soon as I have my head wrapped around it all. I hope your Christmas celebrations were fabulous! I'm looking forward to reading all about it as I blog hop today. I've missed you all! :o)

Happy Monday!
