LittleGirl and Her Enterprising Ways

I was gone yesterday from early morning until evening, spending the day with JuJu to celebrate her birthday. Before I left, LittleGirl had mentioned wanting to earn some cash. When I asked why she needed cash, she said she wanted to buy Christmas presents for me, Daddy, and the Bubbas (her brothers). Well, she must've thought I forgot about that conversation.

When I put her to bed last night, I heard something crinkling under her pillow. I pulled out a piece of paper along with a handful of what felt like wadded up tissues. It was too dark to see, as LittleGirl had fallen asleep on my bed watching a movie. I tucked her in, kissed her forehead, watched her a moment to ensure she was truly asleep, and walked down the hall back to the den.

I'm so glad I shut the hallway door before I opened the folded paper. Here's the note...
Tooth Fairy Letter

The 'wads' of tissue were actually fabric roses. It was then I realized she had pulled EVERY LAST ROSE off of her bedroom lampshade to give as a present to the Tooth Fairy. I simply cannot be mad at her. This is just too darn cute! I'm still laughing, and I can't wait to see her expression this morning when she discovers the Tooth Fairy left her some Christmas cash. :o)
